Draft DA and DPEMP submitted today for final comments
In late October 2013, the Commonwealth, EPA and Council provided feedback on the Low Head Wind Farm’s first draft Development Application (DA) and Development Proposal & Environmental Management Plan (DPEMP). Several activities, including minor redesigns and additional Spring surveys have since occurred to culminate into a final draft of these documents.
Today, a draft DA and DPEMP was submitted to the EPA (and Commonwealth) to be assessed for its completeness. Once confirmed, a Final DA and DPEMP will be submitted to the George Town Council, followed by a 42-day public consultation period.
